(hereinafter “Rattan de Guadalajara” by its business name) is a company duly incorporated under the Tax, Civil and Commercial Laws of the United Mexican States with tax address in López Mateos Sur # 6401 Colonia El Mante, Municipality of Zapopan Jalisco, Mexico, P.C. 45235.

For Rattan de Guadalajara the respect for privacy and the right to informative self-determination are of the utmost importance, the information of our CLIENTS, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES and USERS in our website is very valuable and is treated strictly confidentially and is as important as your safety when purchasing our products and services, so we make a permanent effort to safeguard it.

That is why, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals (in its abbreviations LFPDPPP) and in order to ensure the protection and the privacy of

personal data, as well as regulate the access, correction, cancellation and opposition of the handling of the same, based on articles 16 of the Constitution; 1, 2, and 15 of the LFPDPPP published in the Official Federal Gazette on July 6, 2010 and its Regulations, Rattan de Guadalajara states the following:

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about the processing that will be given to the personal data that are collected, used, stored and/or transferred by Rattan de Guadalajara, in which at all times will sought that the processing of data is legitimate, controlled and informed to the effect of assuring your privacy.

Rattan de Guadalajara will collect from you the personal data and/or sensitive personal data that are necessary for the adequate supply of our products and services:
When you provide them to us personally when entering to one of our stores.
When you provide them to our salesmen by email.
When you send us messages via WhatsApp to the mobile phones of our stores.
When you provide them to us by landline phone or cell phone.
When you visit our website and leave us a message in our contact email.
Through authorized Telephone Directories.
Through the documents sent by the courier and parcel companies.
Through the Mexican Postal Service.

The personal data collected in relation to this Privacy Notice are:
Contact details, such as full name, full address, landline phone, cell phone, fax number and email among others.
Data necessary for the commercial relationship such as Federal Register of Taxpayers, Official Identification, Proof of address, billing data, data of the contacts responsible for the areas involved in our sales process and service to carry out the commercial relationship with your company, birth certificate, personal and commercial references, resumes, and job applications.
Financial Data such as: Account number and Bank, Standardized Bank Code to 18 digits, for the payment process of CFDI ́S by electronic transfer.

Personal data and/or sensitive personal data provided by any natural person, including without limitation, CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, APPLICANTS AND/OR INTERESTED PARTIES TO DIFFERENT VACANT POSITIONS AND USERS will have the use that in a declaratory, but not limiting way, as described below:

To identify, locate, communicate, contact and/or send or provide information and/or products or services you have acquired with us, recruitment, selection and administration of personnel, registration in our databases of customers and/or suppliers, for the fulfillment of the obligations derived from commercial and labor operations in which you are a party, such as: Filling out Orders and Purchase Orders, Sales, Sending/Receiving Quotation and Budgets, Invoicing, Contracting, Supply Contracts, Service Contracts, Financial Operations and payments of any other nature or character.

Personal data is understood as those that the Law identifies as: any information concerning to an identified or identifiable natural person, and as sensitive personal data those personal data that affect the most intimate circle of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a severe risk to him. Specially, those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, philosophies and morals, trade union membership, political opinions and sexual orientation are considered sensitive.

Rattan de Guadalajara will implement the necessary security, technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or the use and unauthorized access or processing.

Only authorized personnel, who have complied with and observed the corresponding confidentiality requirements, may participate in the processing of your personal data. Authorized personnel are prohibited from allowing access by unauthorized persons and using their personal data for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Notice. The obligation of confidentiality of the persons who participate in the processing of their personal data persists even after the end of the relationship with Rattan de Guadalajara.

As part of the operations of the business and to provide you with the best possible service, Rattan de Guadalajara may share some or all your personal data with third parties, national or foreign. These third parties may be private companies of the Federal Cargo Transport to coordinate the shipment of the products or services that you have acquired with us, Suppliers of goods and services in general, Surety companies, Intermediaries and External Professionals Advisors such as Decorators, Interior Designers, Architects, Commission agents, etc.; Parcel and Courier Companies, Customs Agents, and Internal Customs of the Country. Rattan de Guadalajara will ensure through the signing of agreements and/or the adoption of other binding documents that said third parties will maintain security, administrative, technical and adequate physical measures to protect your personal data, as well as that these third parties use your personal data only for the purposes for which they were hired and to comply with this Privacy Notice.

Rattan de Guadalajara will not assign or sell your personal data, and in the event that there is a need to transfer your personal data, Rattan de Guadalajara must have your prior consent. Nevertheless, Rattan de Guadalajara may transfer your personal data without prior consent in those cases in which the LFPDPPP requires it.

For you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information we suggest your registration in the Public Registry to avoid Advertising that oversees the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office so your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from companies of goods or services. Rattan de Guadalajara has the physical, digital and electronic means to protect and limit the use or disclosure of your information and does not obtain or store information of any kind through cookies, web beacons or similar mechanisms during the access to our website and does not use the information of individuals for different purposes related to their business operations and/or those indicated above. It is made known to you that Rattan Guadalajara has surveillance cameras both in its main offices and in all its branches. From the moment you enter any of our stores or get close enough for the reach of our external cameras to visualize you, they are watching you.

The images and sounds captured by our video surveillance cameras will be used for your safety and for all the people who visit us.
Rattan de Guadalajara may occasionally transfer the content of such video recordings to government departments of Public Security such as: Municipal and State Police, Attorney General’s Office, Secretariat of Mobility and Transportation, etc. upon application or court order that they submit in writing for the purposes of complaint, investigation and monitoring of possible crimes that may be committed within our facilities or in the proximity of such.

In terms of the provisions by the article 22 of the LFPDPPP and as the owner of your personal data you have the right to know what we have, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give them (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided in the LFPDPPP (Cancellation); as well as opposing the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

These rights are known as the A.R.C.O. rights.

To exercise any of your A.R.C.O. rights you must submit the respective application in writing accompanied by a valid Official Identification for verification that you are the Owner of the Personal Data to which you refer, addressed to our Administrative Department of Protection of Personal Data located at our main address of López Mateos Sur # 6401 Col. El Mante P.C. 45235 Municipality of Zapopan, Jalisco that will process the requests for the exercise of these rights and will attend any doubt you may have regarding to the processing of your information, or by email to the addressavisoprivacidad@rattangdl.com.

In compliance with the article 29 of the LFPDPPP, said application must contain the following information: a) Your name and address, email or other means to communicate the response to your application, b) The documents that attest your identity or, where appropriate , the legal representation of the person making the application in your name, c) The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, and d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.

In case of requesting the rectification of your personal data, you must additionally indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your application.

The response to your application will be communicated to you in writing personally in our Administrative Department for the Protection of Personal Data located at our main address indicated above or by email to the address you have indicated to us within 15 working days from the date on which it was received, and may be extended to 20 more days in cases established by the LFPDPPP; so that if appropriate, the measures adopted to comply with your application are carried out, which will be carried out within 15 days working days following the date on which the reply is communicated to you.

If after having exercised your A.R.C.O. rights before Rattan de Guadalajara through the mechanisms established in this Privacy Notice you consider that your right to Protection of Personal Data has been injured by any conduct or omission on our part or you have evidence that in the processing of your personal data there is a violation in the provisions of the LFPDPPP, we invite you to contact us again to exhaust all the internal procedures in order to fully satisfy your application. If this is not the case, you may file the corresponding complaint with the I.N.A.I. (http://www.inai.org.mx/)

Occasionally, Rattan de Guadalajara may modify and correct this Privacy Notice as it deems appropriate, for example, to comply with changes to the legislation on the Protection of Personal Data or to comply with the internal provisions of Rattan de Guadalajara. Rattan de Guadalajara will make available the updated Privacy Notice when changes are made to it as well as when it is required to obtain your consent.
