We use natural rattan and synthetic rattan, creating two important lines of furniture for different uses and styles.

– Natural rattan is the best for indoor use or covered terraces.

– PolyRattan can be used in outdoor spaces. (Cushions should be stored in case of rain)

– The material called PolyStrap is recommended for covered terraces, as it is a synthetic variant in the form of woven cord or strips, requiring special care to keep it from moisture or direct sun exposure.

Yes, but each store has different furniture on display. Our full catalog and collections are not always in stock in a given store, and if you are looking for a custom option it will need to be quoted and manufactured for you.

Your furniture will be 100 % made in Mexico, we work hand in hand with expert weavers, carpenters and artisans in order to deliver you high quality and esthetic furniture.

Products from our online store brands (alu-line, nardi and bge) will be delivered in approximately 1-2 weeks (according to stock). Our staff will contact you to follow up on your order and notify you of a delivery date or shipping, depending on your situation.

For custom products we let you know when your furniture will be manufactured and assign you a production order. Our manufacturing times normally range from 60-80 business days, but this may vary. Our team will provide you with order completion dates, and with order status updates during the manufacturing process.


Yes we have delivery services with independent express shipping companies, previously selected for your convenience.

Yes, you will receive details via email and/or WhatsApp, as each store has its own direct number. With any other concerns we’ll help you from our central store, whose number is 3316062219.

Exclusively for the Guadalajara metropolitan area the furniture delivery cost is included.

Shipping to any other destination has an additional cost, which will depend on the number of items in your order, as well as the delivery address. Before placing your order, the salesperson can help estimate shipping cost, but keep in mind this will be approximate. (When an order is shipped by external shipping companies, cost and delivery time are beyond our control).

You can always count on our assistance, and our supplier will contact you to reschedule the delivery.


-The natural rattan furniture and outdoor furniture lines carry a one-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. In case you need help or further information, please contact us so we may personally advise and offer you a suitable solution.

-If your purchase was from a distribution line such as alu-line or nardi (among others) different warranties apply, but your salesperson can help you personally with a solution.

-If your purchase was a Green Egg Grill, you will have to contact the supplier directly, but please contact us with any questions.

We conduct programmed repair services at certain times of the year. If you’d like to schedule a repair during the next scheduled period, contact us via whatsapp at 3317540238 or 3316062219 so we can determine whether the damage may be a functional factory defect, or if it falls within the warranty period.

Rattan furniture is for indoor or covered outdoor use, so we recommend that you keep it in a place where it does not receive direct rain or moisture.

For synthetic rattan or poly rattan furniture, we recommend cleaning with a soft sponge or damp cloth: avoid corrosive liquids, only use soap and water, then dry thoroughly. The same process is recommended for nardi line furniture, as well as for the Alu-line.

If your furniture was delivered by a shipping provider, please do not sign for it; immediately contact your sales consultant. Document the damage with photographs and call us before the delivery driver leaves.
